PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and Handling Policy is as follows:
• With a subtotal of $66.99 or less, you will be charged a flat rate of $10.
• With a subtotal of $67 or more, you will be charged 15% of the merchandise subtotal.
• A 5% handling charge as well as local taxes will apply for all orders being picked up at the World Service Office.
• If you are ordering from/delivering to outside the U.S., a $30 estimated shipping fee will be noted on your order at the time of checkout. The World Service Office will then contact you with an updated cost of shipping and final total for you order. Please contact customerservice@ca.org with any questions regarding this process.
Discounts: (When Applicable) Subtotals of $200 – $499 qualify for a 10% discount. Subtotals of $500 or more qualify for a 20% discount. Books-by-the-case and Specialty Medallions (when ordering 3 or more medallions) DO NOT apply towards the qualifying, discount subtotals!
Delivery Time: Web-orders are processed in the order they are received and should arrive 7-10 business days after shipment date. This timeline may extend for international orders. Our standard shipping methods are USPS, UPS, and DHL.
